Our most popular and cost effective panel. Features a 1" tall rib and has a screw flange built in. This panel can be 12" to 24" coverage (4" coil usage) but is typically 16" or 17" coverage.
Most cost effective panel that utilizes clips. This panel has a 1.5" tall rib and uses 4" of coil for ribs. We can make this panel from 12" to 24" wide but normal coverage is 16" or 17".
This is the highend residential panel. This panel is installed with clips and has a 1.75" tall rib (6" coil usage). We can make this panel from 12"-24" coverage but normal is 18", 16" or 15".
With this profile the design capabilities are fun and exciting. Some various usages are soffit panels on commercial store fronts and gas stations but it gets interesting as a seamless concealed fastener siding panel. With all the newest coatings out that are similiar to real wood (but metal), crinkle coat (imagine rough sandpaper), and things like weathered metal (either real or painted to look like it) your design can be one of a kind. You can install seamlessly vertically, horizontally and even diagonally (tricky). These panels have no holes covered waiting for washers to wear out, are seamless so no leaks, and impact resistant in 24 gauge. Dont install wood that can rot or needs to be painted, vinyl that breaks down in the weather, or brick/stone which although it lasts needs to be maintained. Install your new metal siding/soffit for your customers. These panels are ran onsite to length.

Lift/Tilt Platform, Hot Melt System set up to make commercial roofing jobs easier. Run your standing seam panels right on the roof and inject butyl in the seams to install on low pitch applications. Call today to get scheduled for your onsite roll forming of your standing seam metal roof.
This will allow us to run the metal roofing panels directly on top of the roof. This is perfect for those very long panels so that there are no over laps. Run 1 length from eave to termination. The roll former is lifted to the edge of the roof with a skytrac or crane and tilted and lifted to match the roof pitch. This can only be done with onsite roll forming.
Hot melt Technologies makes this fantastic and invaluable add on for our onsite roll forming. This injects butyl into the underside of the female lock on standing seam metal roof or snaplock roofing panels as they come out of the machine and cut to custom lengths. This will allow the panels to be installed on very low pitches.
This is a trapezoidal, snaplock or snaplock/mechanically fastened standing seam with a 2" high seam. This panel has all necessary engineering required for commercial applications.
This is a mechanically fastened standing seam panel with a 2" high seam. This panel has all necessary engineering required for commercial applications.
This is a mechanically fastened standing seam panel with a 2" high seam. This panel is the same as the Apollo200 except has an added down turn on the male leg which will allow for added strength. This panel has all necessary engineering required for commercial applications.
Used with any standing seam roof. Panels are attached by folding them over the lip. Face bent to pitch of the roof. Measurements of sections can be altered to your specifications.
Bullnose Gable is used on the gable or rake and the panel is folded over the lip (1") vertically up the roof for a clean and leak proof finish. Normally used in conjuntion with a wuko tool to make it as smooth of bend as possible. Some people also use this style trim in place of rib rake with a slight turn back on the nailer and cleat cap with a 1" face installed.
ZBar Rake is used on some applications instead of bullnose rake. ZBar rake is attached on the inside to zbar and the outside on the fascia board to cleat. This style is attached with hidden screws and butyl type (on zbar). It is an easier install but uses more metal and relies on butyl tape to stay water tight. Each different panel type takes a different measurement on the face as it has to match the rib height.
Another type of gable/rake trim is Rib Rake. It utilizes a cleat cap which covers the cut edge of the panel and mimics the rib of the panel on the outside edge. This type of rake also has different measurements for each type of panel profile. Also needs butyl tape and screws for the connection of the cleat cap.
Cleat Cap is used in conjunction with the gable trim to cover the cut side of the panel. Butyl tape is typically used between it and what ever trim it is used in conjuntion with. Can change any of the measurements if needed for any application.
Cleat is used so you have no exposed fasteners on the outside of your gable trim, highside eave or coping cap. The cleat attaches in the partially open hem at the kick on the trim that it is used with. This metal is not seen so it can be any color or finish and normally reduced in price.

This service is $400 but $100 will be removed from the cost of your metal upon purchase.
To order coils & flats we can create a detailed report with panel layout for estimate using arial images (satellite or drone), plans or drawing.
